SMS and communications

BobaHub uses SMS primarily for one-time sign-in verification and other transactional messages you request. We do not sell phone numbers and we do not use them for third-party marketing. More detail about SMS consent is available at /sms-consent.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the platform — for example with hosting, payments, and communications providers that help us run BobaHub on behalf of our merchants. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, merchants, and the platform from fraud or misuse.

Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
